4.5% of the billions of mail pieces handled by the USPS each year is determined to be Undeliverable As Addressed(UAA). Handling this mail is time-consuming and causes a lot of frustration for the mailing industry and the USPS alike. Karla Danielson will share strategies about UAA Mail, Move Update, Methods to Manage Addresses, Endorsements, etc. Karla serves on the Greater Kansas City PCC and is the Co-Chair of the Topeka PCC.
